WHY contact us?  

BECAUSE the Sun State Activists is a grassroots activity of and by progressives in Florida and elsewhere as well as for them, we want to hear from you about:  

1. Information about organizations, events, websites, articles, books etc. of a progressive nature that you want to share with other activists. Such information should contain contact or location information about the source.  

2. Taking on a leadership role is organizing and expanding sources of information and activity with regard to a particular topic or sub-topic as well as for a particular geographic region.  

3. Offering your constructive suggestions as to how this website could be improved with the addition or modification of topics or the mode of their treatment; as well as any special projects that the site might sponsor.

4. Providing news for posting off our Be an Activist site about actual progressive events that are occurring.  

5. Writing letters to the editor or op-ed articles for our Opinions page.  

6. Making modest donations toward the substantial costs of establishing and maintaining this site. Small donations from many donors is supposedly an innovation of the internet. All expenses are covered by the editor; any donations received in excess of expenses will be used to support progressive causes. Please make checks payable to Jerry D.
